A. All Magistrate forms of any time need to be placed in the mailbox at the Administration Building labeled Magistrate. This is outside the building above the bell for Magistrates. If you have an open case currently that you are working on, please put any of the files you complete into this same box.

For advocates and praetors: PLEASE DO NOT Delete notecards from that mailbox. Please allow Kael or Cleatus me to do this so that we don't have any go missing before they have a chance to be filed.

B. ANY active cases, findings and updates must be sent out as a notice to Magistrates group. This includes all orders, subpoenas, and warrants too.  This way we are all on the same page of the status of a case.

C. There are three filing cabinet in the Courtroom. The password is the same as it was. If you do not know what it is, please contact me, Cleatus, Kael or William.

Closed Cases: find one notecard with all information or other notecards pertinent to that case embedded (attached). Its where the closed cases up to date will be found.

Investigation Records: find all investigation records pertaining to active or soon to be reported as closed cases. It is under key.

Complaints: find complaint reports, incident reports. This shelf will be updated every month to remove any complaints that pertain to closed cases and need not be there anymore.

Spare bin: there is a container for what has not been filed yet so clerks can access and file according to investigations completion.

D. If it's not your case or you have not been invited to participate or help with the investigation, please be mindful of this. Trying to supersede another Magistrate/Praetor only creates unwanted animosity, drama, and confusion.

As the subcaste continues to meets, clarifications and changes will happen to this card.
